This class is about getting quiet to feel the truth of the heart and body. Together we will work with tools for supporting the nervous system like soothing breathwork, self-massage, guided meditation, and more! All within a cozy environment. Expect to gently move and end with ample time for building our meditative skills. Bring a mat, journal, and blanket if you can! <3

Yin Yoga: Deep Rest & Release
This class is about getting quiet to feel the truth of the heart and body. It consists of restorative poses held longer and paired with mindful breathing, to invite deep rest, release, and repair. Bring a mat, journal, and blanket if you can! This class is beginner friendly and designed to be accessible for all. If you have been wanting to try out this space, you can try your first class for $5.
